i have credited the account. And reactivated all deactivated service. But there is still error when open sierrachart (Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI\|Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Your login is disabled. Contract your FCM. \| Date-Time: 2023-01-03 10:27:54) pls help to unlock/enable my account regards, Mr Yee
