We are not sure how well this would work, but it should work. What you will want to do is set the option symbol in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Alternate Real-Time Update Symbol. The only condition is you must also have a chart open for the underlying symbol without using Alternate Real-time Update Symbol, to ensure that you receive real-time data on it.
