Our only recommendation is that you set the Time Zone for your charts to be in the same region in which the time changes occur for Daylight Saving Time. In other words, if you are trading the CME Group, then you would want to be in one of the U.S. time zones that changes times the same as Chicago - so Eastern US, Central US, Mountain US, or Pacific US would all be fine.
