The issue is that you have activated a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group. The CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account.

We verify that you have a live, funded, futures trading account by having you connect to that account at least once a month. You have not done this yet, therefore you are not "qualified" as far as the CME Group is concerned.

If you have a live, funded, futures trading account that uses CQG, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to that CQG account:
