Please make sure the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is not, then change it to Yes and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.
