Hello I am using the 'Denali' Datafeed for livetrading. For Backtesting and Analysing, I am using the 'Trading Evaluator - Delayed'. That worked very well. But since yesterday, Friday evening (I am Using Sierrachart also on my Laptop PC), I tried to connect from an other location and since then, I can not connect anymore. I then moved back home, but also from my homeplace, I still can not connect to the Trading Evaluator. When i Try to connect, the Status bar stays yellow and on the screen the following popup message appears: Connection error message from service: Trading Evaluator - Delayed. Logon error received from server: Secondary instance is not allowing connections to this server. Date-Time: 2022-12-10 19:36:56 Thanks very much ! |
