Dear Sirs,
I am using the software to connect to AMP via CQG order routing. Denali data
I am also using the software to run an evaluation account with APEX via Rithmic order routing. Same Denali data
Till yesterday everything was running perfectly. With the click of 2 buttons I was switching between AMP.CQG and APEZ/Rithmic flawlessly.

This afternoon it has been a disaster. Although AMP/CQG was running perfectly, APEX/Rithmic was having order plkacement and order cacellation problems. Continuous disconnections from Rithmic order flow.

I contacted APEX and they responded me that they had faced absolutely no problems today with Rithmic order flow.

I had been proposed to write you the following:
Please let me know what is going wrong today. So far no problems but today I ended in red due to this disgusting situation.

We do not have reports of Rithmic connection issues. Please open a ticket with Sierra Charts and ask them to open a ticket with the Rithmic R|API team regarding your connection issues.
