There definitely should not be an issue with this. The Delayed Streaming Data is available for free with any valid Sierra Chart package, including trials. The most likely scenario, if they are using a chartbook that was given to them, is that they are using a different "Service" which would then have different symbols. To correct this, open the chartbook and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. They should start getting the delayed streaming data right away.
