It sounds like you are selecting the Window menu on the main Sierra Chart software. When a window is "Detached" then that menu no longer applies. Rather, you need to select the Window menu on the specific chart. If you have turned off the menu for those detached charts, then you would need to turn it on again in order to select the Window >> Always on Top.
