Any existing "Trading System Based On Alert" studies will NOT be using your new version. Your new version is located in a different place, both on the file system and within Sierra Chart. To add your version of the study, you need to select the button for "Add Custom Study" on the Studies window and then find your particular DLL in that location. So you will need to remove the previous ones and add your new one to get the updates.
