Make certain that you have selected just a single account in the filtering options at the top and be sure to select the Apply button after making a selection to apply that filtering to what is displayed. If this does not resolve your issue, then we need to see an image of what you are seeing and we would need for you to select File >> Export to export your log and then attach that file to this thread for us to review.
