Signals from Spreadsheet Study is available in both System Trading and System Alert
This is by design.But signals from System/Alert is not available in System Trading sheet., The Spreadsheet Study study is assumed to be used as any other study, whose output will appear in any of the 3 spreadsheet studies. The Spreadsheet System/Alert study is assumed to be used as a system, and its output is not seen by either of the other two spreadsheet studies. The Spreadsheet System for Trading study is also assumed to be used as a system, and its output is not seen by either of the other two spreadsheet studies. A workaround would be to use the Spreadsheet Formula study as an interface between the Spreadsheet System/Alert study, and the Spreadsheet System for Trading study: Simply put the ID#.SG# of the spreadsheet column of the Spreadsheet System/Alert study in the Formula field. The Spreadsheet Formula study can be seen by the Spreadsheet System for Trading study. Note: Despite its name, the Spreadsheet Formula study is not a spreadsheet study, and it uses the Alert syntax, not the spreadsheet syntax. |
