We always have to start our diagnostics with the most probable and simple situations. You would be amazed how many times the item simply is "not plugged in".

But, with regards to the replay, what you are stating should simply not be occurring. We do not see any issues with the replay. What version of the software were you on when you had the issue? Also, what was the Start Date-Time set to?
