Hi, I set my account to download a Rithmic data feed since I'm paying for it through APEX. However, I went thru the steps and it was very slow and glitchy loading... but appears to have connected. But I closed the software because it was SO slow and glitchy... and when I reopened it, I got an error message (attached screenshot). I also attached the settings I'm using for Rithmic (redacted some info). Do you know how to fix this? I'd ideally like to use the Rithmic data feed, and cancel my data feed I purchase from Sierra. Thanks! Love sierra charts BTW. |
