The only reason that we can think of as to why this would occur is that Rithmic does not give much historical data. So if you are looking for a profile in a period where you were not connected to the data feed, then you may not have the data to be able to construct the profile. Otherwise, it would be something else going on and most likely not related to the Rithmic data.
