Hi blackcobra777, well you have not activated any Real-time CME Group Exchanges for November. So you would activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME (You might wait to activate real-time data until the 1st of December, so you are not paying a full exchange fee for just 2 days of Real-time Data) |
