Hey guys, I have a small acct at Edge I play around with. I had them last week put a $100 max stop out on it. Thought all was fine until today I am trading and with a $50 loss in nq and 10 winner in es, the dom froze me out saying I had exceeded limits. Which obvs I hadn't. What is going on??? Now does this have anything to do with the fact I am now only on one computer(your accts knows that my 2 computer charge stops on 1 DEc) I have 2 SC logins on one computer now. One is Teton for all things es and nq, and the account and Edge. I also have a separate login for 'all services' for my Bimex crypto. Could that be an issue, I doubt it but am letting you know. Please can you get acct unfrozen? I promise I haven't lost a hundred bucks so unfreeze me, please... Karen |
