I get the following error message after setting up Teton. No CME data, and I assume no order functionality.

Anticipating your questions:

1. I did contact my broker, Interactive Brokers, about CME direct. Their API team in Mumbai denies that they need to do anything on their end to enable Teton. [Step 3 Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing]
2. I have updated SC to the latest version. [Step 6]
3. With respect to step 8, Interactive Brokers is not listed as one of the options for Clearing Firm (list) on the Data/Trade Service Settings Dialog.
4. I've paid my money and signed the exchange documents.

The IBKR API support person had clearly never heard of SC or of connecting third party charting software to TWS. Do you have a contact at IBKR who is familiar with your software and can help with issues such as these?
