Good afternoon, After years of correct functioning and without any explicit change on my side, some weeks ago one of my chartbooks (3 CME symbols, 15 charts total) started to run very laggy/slow. Here's the catch: opening the chartbook the data loading is reasonably fast and, during the first 20-30 seconds while the charts which contain more data are still loading, the charts with DOM are very swift and responsive as they should be. After all loadings are complete, everything becomes slow and laggy. Windows Task Manager displays a normal/low usage of resources from SierraChart from a CPU, memory and GPU perspective.
