Sorry, since you said you had Market Depth displaying, we did not check the basics. You do not have an exchange active that includes Market Depth. You can change your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you just need Market Depth data for the ES (or other products that are traded on the CME exchange) then we would recommend adding the "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" exchange to what you already have active (cost is $11.00 per month). This way you will continue to have access to the data from all of the CME Group and give you Market Depth data for all products traded on the CME exchange. Otherwise, if you need Market Depth for all products from the CME Group, then you would want to deactivate your current selection and then activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" (cost is $33.00 per month). Just keep in mind that the exchange do not give refunds, nor is the cost pro-rated, so you will pay the full amount for the remainder of this month and you will not get a refund for the already activated exchanges.
