We are not sure what you are trying to show in the images, as we do not see any differences in terms of volume profiles in the Bid/Ask, and you have the backgrounds colored the same in both. In terms of displaying the Volume Profiles for the Bid and Ask, refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Show Volume Bars (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns) You will want to ensure that the Volume Bars are not the same as the Background Coloring you have or you will not be able to see them.
