First, make sure the data is actually not there and not just at a color level that it is not easily visible (particularly if you use the default colors). The easiest way to do this is to set Show Quantity Numbers to In Bars Only and then set the Use Secondary Numbers Color for Quantities Greater Than or Equal To and enter a value of 1. This will color all the numbers in red (by default), which is typically easy to see.

Once you have this setup, then scroll your chart back to where you are not seeing the data and see if it is really not there.

If it is still not there, then be sure you go through the process to request the historical market depth data by right-clicking on the chart and selecting Download Depth Data From Date-Time. Refer to the instructions here:
