When clicking on a object and selecting snap, it seems to move all points. In my case - 3 (pitchfork) My request is 2 fold. 1 - In the Drawing object popup window - tab of anchors - add another column for each anchor with dropdown options for Snap --> None, Close, High, Low, Nearest H/L. 2 - in popup menu to modify the drawing object, change it to be snap to all points or single, somehow.
