I have the same problem and this makes persistence data saving of objects problematic with Visual C++ Express 2010 (and 2013).

No problem with MinGW.

The sc.FreeDLL = 0 "solves" the problem but it means you have to restart Sierra after each compiling.
This is not usable for me.

Do you think a better solution will be available ?
