Could you contact OEC and provide them your Username you have set in File >>Data/Trade Service Settings.

Let them know when you connect to the FIX trading server, Sierra Chart Support says you are being immediately logged out from the server for unknown reasons. They need to resolve this problem or give you the correct Username and Password.
