Most likely your are running 2 different versions of Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation on 2 computers. To confirm this, with IB TWS running, go to Help and select 'About Trader Workstation'. 4th line down will be the Version or Build. Older versions of IB TWS are causing historical data download issues. Download the stable IB TWS Latest Version 10.20.1c or later and the latest SC Version.
