In the NQ chart it looks like you have the option for Extend Last Known Depth set to Yes. Refer to the following for this Input: Market Depth Historical Graph: Extend Last Known Depth Which also means that the actual depth for that time period is not present. Therefore, you may want to force a download of the missing depth data in that area.
