Either you are not putting in the order from the chart for which the Trade Window images you sent are associated, or you are entering the orders from an automated system, such as the Spreadsheet Study, in which the quantities are set in the system and not by the Trade Window.

The Trade Window you show has a quantity of 3 and the Targets and Stops match the total order quantity - so all is good there. But the rejection you are getting is showing a quantity of 1 for the parent and 2 for the Attached Orders, which does not match that Trade Window.

Keep in mind that each chart has a Trade Window associated with it so you need be adjusting the information for the Trade Window for that chart. Refer to the following:
