Perhaps a bit of a chore, but if you try it using a quote board & a couple of symbols, you'll see what I mean. Just do it w/ a minute chart & try to keep the RTH only when you switch. It will always add the evening session.
This does not occur for me. If I have the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart set to Yes and then modify the Symbol Settings to have the Evening Session set to No, then it works as expected where the session times are showing as they are set in the Symbol Settings.
