You should open a new thread for your issue, as it is completely separate from the issue the other user is dealing with.

As to your particular issue, the problem is that you activated the exchange on the last day of the month (October 31, 2022). The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, therefore you paid for access for just the one day. This is how the exchanges work, and they do not give refunds.

Therefore, you need to pay again for the exchange for the month of November.

We apologize that the ticket you opened on this has not been answered in a timely fashion. We will have to look into that.
