Finally figured it out! Not a connection problem or issue with AMP or CQG. Time in Force needs to be set in two places and was out of sync. Still a mystery how this happened as I don't ever fiddle with those types of settings.
Just something to remember if someone complains of SIM working but unable to connect to LIVE.
