Good morning !! My underrstanding is that Real Time Data is included for CME excahneg with Srvs Pack 11 - which I have reenewed 6mths effective 1st Nov. However I was receiving delayed data.. I have just purchasd the real time data for $11. Please confirm if this is correct or should I receive a credit for the $11 ? Please also ensure I do not have further real time data issues going forward. Thanks in advance for your help.
