The light blue vertical bar is your Initial Balance Range. It will show up on every TPO profile. It is not specific to an evening profile. But note your Session Times. You have start times of 07:59:59 and 14:00. Your day start time should be 08:00:00 and your End Time would have the 59:59 (such as 13:59:59).
