I'm running into the same issue. I am using Rithmic with Apex. I use the attached orders and quite often when I exit a trade with the target the stop order is not cancelling. There must be a backup way to cancel the stop order that is left out there. I use a spreadsheet for entries and exits. Do you have any suggestions?
