If you are (1) looking to get Real-time Futures Data or (2) looking to connect your Sierra Chart Account to an outside service (like CQG), you would need to be on SP10, SP11, or SP12. For you SP10 would work, SP10 = SP3 & Denali, so that should give you access to the features you have now. I have gone ahead and converted your SP3 days to SP10 (also I did this previously).

We are providing you Real-time CME Group Data at the discounted Non-Professional rate, to keep doing that we need to verify your Non-Professional status; since we no longer connect to TransAct you could just provide us with a .pdf statement for this month from your Futures Trading Account at TransAct, this statement should include at least 1 CME Group Futures Trade. With that statement we can verify your Non-Professional status manually.
