The DOM offset setting are correct. I will see the line for the placed order for about 5 seconds and then its gone if I put a stop loss limit at any price above or below the current price. I have placed limit orders above and below price and the price touches the order, goes below or above the order and it still won't be filled, I place a market order after that.
