It is strange and given the current state of intrusions and username/password hacks, it would be prudent to change your password for your trading service (contact your broker for this). You will then need to re-enter that information in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. You can get that Account Name out of your system by deleting those trade activities that are associated with it.
