Post From: Spreadsheet, initiate OCO BUY Stop and SELL Stop trigger by the same condition

In Spreadsheet trading I would like to trigger on the same condition a buy stop and sell stop as OCO. How can I do that? If both are triggered, then only the buy stop will be working, the sell stop is not working. And for the OCO I have no idea.
