You are not getting specific network errors, but you are definitely having problems connecting to both CQG and to our Denali data servers.

The first thing to do is to reboot your computer and make sure you can connect to the internet through a standard browser. If the Internet connectivity looks good, then open Sierra Chart and see if everything is working correctly in there. If not, then let us know.
