Dear Support, My ac is up to date in terms of payment but getting following msg: "Connection error message from service "CGQ WebAPI| Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChartData - Contact your FCM" What could be the issue? Appreciate assist Best, Samuel |
