Windows 32 error would imply that Sierra Chart was running when you were trying to update it. This will not work. You need to have Sierra Chart not running when you perform the update. The best way to do this is to start the update by selecting Help >> Download Current Version (or Download Pre-Release).

If you used Help >> Download release and you still had an issue, then did you have any Sub-Instances running?
