spe533: The exchanges that you had active were deactivated since you did not have enough funds for them to renew. Keep in mind the exchanges are a separate payment from the Usage Time and they renew on the first day of each month. You can activate the exchanges that you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that regardless of when you activate the exchange, you pay the full amount for the month in which you are activating it. Therefore, if you activated the exchange today, you would pay the full price for the remainder of October (7 days) and then pay the full amount again on November 1 for November.
