This is correct. You do have access to both. In particular, you only have the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals exchange active. Therefore any data from the NYMEX, COMEX, and CBOT (of the CME Group) will be delayed streaming data. You also have access to delayed streaming data from EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView exchanges.
