Dear sir,
i have the problem of not receiving the market data from HK time 10:00 - 15:00. Do you know the reason?
when I switch back to SC all data with SC symbol, all data from 10:00 - 15:00 was shown, no problem.

I just connect to trading platform CQG last Friday.
now i am using Sierra chart data plan with trading platform of CQG (CQG, I did not buy any data plan)

will this problem often happen if I have not open SC with daytime?
(Coz I may not trade all time, if the missing data often happen, it will be a big problem )

is it the reason of not paying CQG data plan?

if not, pls advise how to solve the problem.
