Please make sure you are running both the most recent release from us and from Interactive Brokers. For the Interactive Brokers software, be sure you are running the most recent "Stable" version, not a "Beta" or "Unreleased" version.

IB made some changes to their interface, so you need to have both of these correct in order to fix the problem.
