Please, I need a clear instruction as to how I can upgrade my current service to Service Package 5 Base Advanced. Also, I have not used the service I purchased even once yet so I'm hoping the upgrade could begin and cover a full 3 month period. I'm sorry, as someone completely new to your services I just find your info pages VERY confusing and the lack of phone / online chat service VERY frustrating. I really need a bit of help. Since I'm actually trying to pay you more money I would expect some interest from your end. I have 2 tickets raised now regarding this - yet to hear from you. Any chances? Thank you kindly |
