Dear Support Board, I am kindly requesting that you consider reactivating my 14-free trial offer. I opened an account with Sierra during the past summer as I was about to initiate a trading course. However, my plans got delayed due to a family emergency and I never got to use the platform, not 1 bit, as I didn't download the software.
