Package 11 is the package for the Sierra Chart software itself. It is what gives you the ability to use the software. Different packages have different capabilities. In order to connect to an external trading service or to get real-time data, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, which are packages 10, 11, and 12. The exchange fees are separate from the Sierra Chart package fees.
