We want you to try and run the executable directly, rather than through a shortcut. To do this, please open a File Explorer and go to the location of where Sierra Chart is installed and double click on the file named SierraChart_64. This should start Sierra Chart. Let us know what you get if it does not work. If you can include a screenshot showing the error, it would be helpful.
