To do what you are suggesting, you really need to put the 1 minute chart onto the 1 second chart. If you only want to see the bars where the alert is true in the 1 second chart, then you would need to change the chart graphics for the bars so they are the same as the background and then the Color Bar Based On Alert Condition will make the true ones a different color. Also, on the Study/Price Overlay, you will want to set the Input for Fill Blanks with Last Value to No, unless you want to see the 1 minute bar repeated across all of the 1 second bars. Or, you can use the option for Use MultiColumn Rectangle Style for Price Bars.
